Yoga styles

Many names and way too many types of yoga...and what is the difference?

There are many ways for a yoga class to be structured and in this section I have collected the styles I teach and their description to help clarify.

Mixed practice: in the first part (Yang) we warm up the body through dynamic sequences, in the second part (Yin) we hold the Asanas for a longer time to stretch the body and relax the mind.

Rajakapotasana

Prefer a customized practice?

It can be hard to get individual attentions from the yoga instructor during a group session and often that is exactly what you need the most to improve in your personal practice.

Does it feel like this is your situation? Then let's plan your individual yoga journey!

We will identify your goals, how much time a week to dedicate to your practice and wether to meet online or in person.

It's this easy, now you only need to click the button and we're ready to start!
