Here's my story...

There was a time when everything looked right “on paper.”

A career in marketing, a clear direction, a full life — and at the same time, something felt off. It wasn’t a lack of ambition or capability. It was more subtle: a feeling of disconnection, as if I was living outside of myself.

That’s where everything began.

Teaching yoga full-time came first, almost as a way to slow down, to breathe a little more deeply inside days that felt too full. But over time, it became something else entirely: a language. A way to listen to the body and understand what it was trying to say beneath the constant noise of everyday life.

Then something arrived that completely shifted my perspective.

Breathwork.

A direct, intense experience that was impossible to ignore. A way to connect with emotions that had been stuck for years, with parts of myself I had learned to put aside. It became a process of release, yes — but also transformation. A return to myself.

Because at some point, it becomes clear:
it’s not that you no longer feel joy.
It’s that you’re too full, too exhausted, too deep in survival mode to truly feel it.

And that’s where this work takes shape.

Today, I support people who recognize themselves in that feeling — disconnected, low on energy, stuck in repeating patterns — to reconnect with their body, their sensations, and their breath.

My approach combines yoga, breathwork, and somatic practices in a way that goes beyond simply “feeling better.” It’s about learning how to truly feel. How to stay present. How to transform.

Breathwork is at the heart of this work.

It’s the space where control begins to soften and something more authentic can emerge. Where the body stops holding everything in and finally begins to speak. Where you can meet yourself — not the version you think you should be, but the one underneath it all.

Through my Path to Joy programs, retreats, and private sessions, I create safe and grounded spaces where this process can unfold. Spaces where you don’t need to fix yourself — only begin to listen.

Because transformation doesn’t happen by doing more.

It happens when you stop running from what you feel
and begin, one breath at a time,
to come home to yourself.
